The safety of our working environments is of utmost importance and we are constantly committed to sharing information, procedures and good practices within the company that contribute to reducing risk and raising awareness among our collaborators.
This is why we have recently organised a training course for moulding operators, with the aim of providing them with the minimum requirements in terms of safety, production and quality.

The significant participation and the active involvement of those attending the session served as a valid demonstration of the high level of interest in improving skills.

The course objectives

The course was aimed at providing participants with fundamental knowledge to allow them to work in a proper and aware manner on presses.

In particular, the following topics were approached:

·         Moulding methods.

·         Awareness and practical application of safety regulations aimed at preventing workplace accidents.

·         Optimisation of production processes to increase efficiency without compromising the minimising of risks.

·         The maintaining of quality requirements for finished products.

The importance of working safely and with well-trained operators is fundamental to guaranteeing the quality of our products. A safe working environment not only protects the well-being and safety of our employees, but also avoids production downtime, absences due to injury or professional illnesses, and a consequential fall in production.

The next steps

We trust that the lessons learned during the course will soon bear fruit, further improving our efficiency and the standards of the solutions that GB Group and the other companies in the group, GBS and GBL, propose to the Italian and international markets.
 

We are already planning more in-depth examination of crucial themes, and we will continue to invest in training for our operators in order to maintain the high levels of professionalism and the flexibility in production that distinguishes us.
